The Fontana Fiamma 80 Oven is a beautifully designed and incredibly efficent indirect oven. Finished in copper coloured steel with sidewalls that are finishing with brick effect, the Fiamma has cooking chambers with 3 levels of stainless steel and refractory plates - It also has with double ventilation and lighting.
Supplied with grills, cooking pans, stainless steel chimney, side and front worktop and fire tool. Equipped with thermometer and timer, the oven is mounted on a trolley for a wide portability, which includes storage space for a cover, tools, or wood.
